I can’t decide if politicians/parties play the game optimally or not — would Stefanik have been better off being a bit more moderate or doing what she did? Should Republicans bother at all with the federal statewide seats in WI/MI/PA/NC/GA/AZ/NV in 2026?

In Georgia I guess you could make the argument that money spent on the Senate race is important if for no other reason than to boost turnout for the gubernatorial race.
