You get a unique onchain referral ID This ID is your permanent “agent code.” Any DEX launched through that ID is forever linked to you

You onboard a builder. They launch their DEX using your link. Builders can be: • Trading communities • Meme projects • DeFi teams • Influencers • Anyone who wants their own perp DEX Any DEX they launch becomes your invitee.

You earn a share of the trading volume generated by the exchanges you bring to Orderly. Distributor earnings start at 0.1 basis points of invitee trading volume. Once a distributor qualifies for a higher tier, earnings increase by capturing the fee difference between the distributor’s tier and the invitee’s tier. As distributors move up tiers and onboard multiple high-volume venues, earnings can scale into tens of thousands of dollars per month, with no fixed upper limit.

Public → Silver → Gold → Platinum → Diamond Each tier is defined by: • A rolling 30-day volume requirement • A minimum $ORDER stake • Your base taker fee • The ability to assign tiers to your invitees Your tier updates once per day at 01:00 UTC, based on your 30-day volume or $ORDER staked. For the 30D volume, volume from direct invitees will also be counted. As you move up the tiers, your earnings increase because you keep the spread between your own fee and the fee paid by your invitees.
