The head of the California DMV says Tesla sales in the state are poised to be suspended for 30 days as a penalty for "misleading consumers about Autopilot and FSD capabilities." The agency said the suspension won’t take effect for 90 days to allow Tesla to "come into compliance." 🤦‍♂️
