(codename) Project Mewler is a pun on the frequently mispronounced Euler (Oiler) as Yoo-ler. But we made is a cat thing. Season Mew.

Euler is unique to Hyperliquid as it encourages capital efficient liquidity bootstrapping via lending markets with custom risk parameters in HypurrFi Markets, Earn Vaults, and Swap.

This means new assets like stablecoins and RWAs can grow their utility footprint alongside liquidity growth, creating a value flywheel for users. Your favorite token will have HypurrFi Markets using the Euler stack. Stay tuned for more on this in the coming months.

HypurrFi Earn Vaults. Curated Earn Vaults maximize yield with capital efficiency and simplicity. Featuring @ClearstarLabs on the HypurrFi front-end, vaults simplify the robust Euler interface for access to competitive DeFi yields and risk management.

Earn Vaults with the Euler stack begin with simple deposit-and-earn functionality for most users, but enable significant optionality for advanced use cases. Insured vaults, compliance features for institutions that require stricter permissions, vault-as-collateral model for sophisticated trade setups, LP position as collateral, and more. We chose Euler because it is modular and sophisticated for whatever the future brings to Hyperliquid. Watch this space.

Soon, HypurrFi Markets will replace Isolated markets, which have been renamed Legacy Markets in the HypurrFi UI. The initial Isolated Markets on HypurrFi served a base function for derivative assets or other assets with profiles that don’t fit into the pooled markets model.

However, Isolated markets in their 1:1 form are inefficient with capital, bucketing risk, but also bucketing velocity. Euler's linked-asset model enables vastly more efficient linking designs for lending, while maintaining risk requirements needed for safe but competitive Vaults.

Isolated Markets will be deprecated over time, with plenty of communication about timeline and process. You will always be able to withdraw your funds as borrowers repay, and migrate to new HypurrFi Markets using the Euler stack. Keep an eye on @Looped_HYPE @liminalmoney markets and many more in the coming weeks and months.

HypurrFi Swap LP The partnership comes with EulerSwap. EulerSwap allows lending assets to be flagged as swap liquidity, so that curators can create managed swap pools. This creates up to 50x greater capital efficiency than traditional AMMs & adds swap fees to lending yields.

Initially flagged for correlated asset pairs, HypurrFi will launch EulerSwap LP in a staged rollout of the entire Euler stack, but expect deeper liquidity for LSTs, stablecoins, and many other assets that aggregators like @GlueX can tap into for more efficient swaps.

We couldn’t be more excited to bring the Euler stack to Hyperliquid DeFi. The Euler stack is a lot. Don't be frightened, pooeld markets are not going anywhere. If anything, Euler enables rate smoothing for yield across all markets on HypurrFi including in pooled. There's also some fun easter eggs int he Euler setup that combine quite nicely with Hyperliquid-specific features such as CoreWriter and the forthcoming Portfolio margin product. There is much to mew.
