Ethereum continues to be the layer for DeFi, home to over 63% of all DeFi TVL. JPMorgan just announced an onchain money market fund on Ethereum called My Onchain Net Yield Fund, aka MONY, and is seeding it with $100M. DeFi is maturing, and that means lower-risk, more sustainable investing is coming to crypto. Stablecoins and transparent, multiprotocol yield strategies through infra like vaults will be key to this next era of onchain finance. Institutions are coming onchain. It won't happen overnight, but 2026 will be a massive year for enterprise adoption.
