I am pleased to welcome my friend Nikos @Christodulides, President of the Republic of Cyprus, to Paris at this significant moment. With the signing today of the Strategic Partnership Agreement, we are entering a new phase in the relationship between our countries. We are strengthening our cooperation in strategic areas.
