The biggest problem in crypto right now is that everyone knows this space is a pile of shit. vcs invest in shit projects. The project teams know they are dealing with shit, so they just casually outsource the product and go through the motions. developers also know their team is cooking shit, so every time I chat with the project devs, they say the founder is an idiot, always cooking shit. The marketing team knows they are selling shit, but their daily task is to say "this shit smells great" in an attempt to sell it. Sometimes they even have to eat shit in public and claim it's "a delicacy." KOLs also know the projects they promote are shit, but since they are getting paid, KOLs act as distributors in this regard. Good KOLs take care of their own dung beetles, and these dung beetles spend their own money buying shit while saying "this shit smells great."
