Data analytics firm Inveniam announced the acquisition of Swarm Markets, an on-chain asset tokenization platform, for an undisclosed amount. Philipp Pieper, co-founder of Swarm Markets, said the deal will provide scalable on-chain asset infrastructure for professional and institutional investors such as asset managers, private equity and credit institutions, custodians and market makers.
