NEWS: BOXABL, a company that creates modular, prefabricated buildings, has entered into an agreement with @Tesla. This is Tesla formally contracting BOXABL to design, engineer, and build a pilot "Micromenity" structure, a compact, modular building unit. While some info in the public SEC filing has been redacted, this could be a small amenity building for select a Tesla Supercharger location. If things could well, Tesla would potentially order more in the future. Per the SEC filing Scope of Work: "This PO is for a comprehensive package for one Micromenity building." (Below is a photo of the amenity building at the 56 stall Tesla Supercharger in Magnant, France, which opened earlier this year.)
