Maybe someone who’s been in Congress for half a century - even before Jimmy Carter was President - should not be voting on modern day technology, including AI, Quantum Computing, Automation, Autonomous Vehicles & Robotics, Nuclear Power, Fusion Energy, Space Tech, or Crypto & Blockchain, to name a few.
