Earlier this year, while fighting cancer, I made one decision: if life gives me another chance, every second will go into building the future. Today, I’m sharing that I’m joining @base — Coinbase’s public blockchain — as East Asia Growth Analyst. Before and after — a long fight, and back to building.

I didn’t study business and engineering to get a safe job. I did it because I believed technology could change who gets to win. Business @ Seoul National University → Electrical & Computer Engineering Double Major → ECE Master’s.

In 2020, when nobody at school cared about blockchain, I walked across campus giving talks, meeting strangers, and trying to convince anyone who would listen that onchain is the future.

Leading @DecipherGlobal taught me something important: people in East Asia are hungry for opportunity. We learn fast. We adapt faster. And we build relentlessly.

A month ago, I got the news that cancer is gone. I’m not wasting this second chance. I’m here to build with people who don’t make excuses.

@Base is where my conviction becomes reality. Open. Permissionless. Built on Ethereum. A place where ownership, UX, and global opportunity finally align.

I’m here to serve anyone for Base. Whether you are building, investing, researching, experimenting, or just curious, if you believe the future should be onchain, my doors are open.
