This morning the wetlist hit the chain. Lets look at how we did!

QUIC - Receiver 1: We still throttled some quic staked streams. Fix for this is coming soon. B-

2: 0 drops in sigver stage from throttling before dedup (drop by random) and 0 drops from throttling before sigver (rationing by ip)! Sigverify A+

3: We had elevating dropping in scheduler stage. These drops are based on fee so this is intended behavior. After this stage there is a costly retry loop so we need to throttle low fee txs at this stage if there are too many but perhaps we could look at opening this up. A-

4: p50 fees spiked to just 50c while p90 fees were 6$ then quickly came back down.
