I'm back, and I'm trying to also get back with my brain the new ACP will need to wait, as ACP-247 has been merged and ready for community discussion! better to focus on that now, and if I find the time, publish the L1 validator fees ACP next week also, I'm continuing the conversations for a classification framework of the L1s and the Small Validator Delegation Program, the latter of which can be done after ACP-236 diving deep!
