Today’s topic: How to use Nudges in Dory. Let’s dive into Nudges: what they are, how they work, and how to set them up.

Nudges are one of the most powerful features in Dory. To make onboarding easier, we added several ready-to-use templates. Think of them as your always on agent assistant that watches activity in the chats you select and nudges you when a condition you care about happens. We’ll be expanding Nudges with more hooks (CRMs, integrations, destinations) but even today, they already cover a lot.

To make onboarding easier, we added several ready-to-use templates. 1) Unanswered Questions Get pinged when a question goes unanswered for X hours/days/weeks. Perfect for customer chats, partner groups, deal rooms. 2) Important Mentions Too many mentions across chats? This template lets you track mentions only in specific high-signal groups.

3) Long Silence Alert Get notified when important chats go inactive. Sales chat getting cold? Partner chat stalling? You’ll see it early. 4) Team Commitment Tracker Track cross-team commitments automatically. Someone said "I’ll handle this" and then life happened? Dory keeps the thread warm.

You can also create fully custom prompt-based nudges. The clearer you explain what you want, the better the agent performs. Examples you can set today: - When someone posts a transaction - When someone discusses new lending primitives / staking / DeFi - When someone flags a potential exploit - When someone shares good cooking recipes 😅 Endless possibilities anon, be creative!

When creating a Nudge, you can customize: 1) Which chats to monitor & timeframe All chats or only selected ones.

3) Frequency Choose how often you want Dory to nudge you: - Immediate (we check for nudges every 10 minutes, so immediate nudges will arrive within a 10-minute window) - Daily digest - Weekly digest 4) Delivery time Set the exact time if you want Daily/Weekly nudges. (You can configure your timezone in Settings.)
