At Santander, Coty leads the bank’s Global Crypto Domain, shaping how one of Europe’s largest banking groups approaches custody, tokenization, blockchain infrastructure, and crypto-enabled products. She’s been driving the bank’s blockchain strategy since 2016, when Santander established its first Blockchain Lab, long before the industry’s current momentum. Over her 17 years at the bank, Coty has worked across Technology and Innovation, helping Santander evaluate, deploy, and standardize the digital asset technologies now moving into mainstream finance. Before Santander, she began her career in strategy consulting at @Deloitte, grounding her technical expertise in business and regulatory context. Today, Coty also serves as Vice-Chairwoman of the Alastria Blockchain Ecosystem and lectures across multiple universities, shaping not only the future of institutional digital assets, but the talent that will build it.
