A few notes on what influences me to use what model when: a) ChatGPT: legacy behavior / inertia, still gets large % of my usage. Used for quick explanations. I don't use it for writing (it removes the soul / tone from articles). I use it for analysis sometimes, but never alone. Sometimes image gen b) Gemini: daily driver, image generation. I tried Veo, but don't have a lot of use for it. I like it for writing c) Claude: coding. Hands down incredible at coding. Solved things that chatgpt, gemini, and grok couldn't. I also use it for math and modeling because it can code up interactive UI's that help me visualize patterns d) Grok: twitter, scientific explanations (mainly because there is an "explain this tweet" function in twitter, so now I just goto Grok for explanations. I really like Grok's speed and tone, especially over ChatGPT's. e) DeepSeek: I stopped using it as I never liked its responses Haven't used any others
