Today I helped a friend interview for an AI product manager position. His resume is from a big company where he worked on agent intelligence. He was asked a question about agent evaluation and another about hallucination detection, but he couldn't answer either. Well, there wasn't much else to ask, so I thought I'd ask something he could answer, or it would be a bit too awkward. I asked how he usually gets AI information. He said he watches YouTube and various big company blogs. I asked who he watches on YouTube. He said interviews with big names. I asked if he had any channel recommendations, and he immediately went speechless again. Thinking about it, it's true. Everyone is structurally unemployed now. AI might be the only way to keep working.
