Quite extraordinary. Senator Mark Kelly, a former naval officer, was among those who recently posted a video telling military officers that they can efuse illegal orders. Days later, the Pentagon says he may be recalled to service to face "further actions, which may include recall to active duty for court-martial proceedings" and that "this matter will be handled in compliance with military law." Looks like a grave abuse of power against a political critic who did nothing more than restate a fact of US law.
