Being early to a new field is hard. You need to ship fast, but you still need to operate in good faith without any clear rules. We would try to work with regulators and some literally thought crypto was a video game. It took a lot of time to build trust, but we committed and never took shortcuts. I’m proud that we did it this way, the right way.
