NEW: Illegal immigrant released into the country under Obama and given a drivers license by Oregon, arrested for killing an 8-year-old girl. Elvin Elgardo Ramos-Caballero is accused of running over 8-year-old Mora Gerety. According to reports, the incident happened when Ramos-Caballero was trying to make a turn at an intersection in Boise, Idaho. Gerety was crossing the street when Ramos-Caballero turned in his pickup truck, colliding with her. Ramos-Caballero had an outstanding federal warrant with ICE for failing to show up at an immigration hearing, according to the New York Post. “8-year-old Mora Gerety’s precious life was taken by an illegal alien who should have never been in our country, let alone issued a driver’s license by the sanctuary state of Oregon,” said Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin. “Mora Gerety’s classmates, teachers, friends, and our nation will carry this loss forever. We ask every American to lift this family up in prayer and we ask God to grant them the courage as they face the hardest days a family can endure.
