Couple problems here:
1) The subpoena was issued 6 months before Jack Smith was on the job, so don't think he'd be disbarred for this.
2) The non-disclosure order was signed by a magistrate judge, who can't be impeached like a Senate-confirmed judge.

Special Counsel Jack Smith got a grand jury subpoena for 2 years of Rep Jim Jordan’s person phone and told Verizon not to tell Jordan…I would disbar Smith if I were the DC bar. If a judge signed the subpoena, I would impeach the judge. The constitution is not something frivolous.
