🇺🇸🇨🇳 CHINA THINKS AI WILL SOLVE EVERYTHING. AMERICANS THINK IT WILL TAKE THEIR JOBS A new Edelman survey shows 54% of people in China embrace AI in their lives, while just 17% of Americans say the same. While Chinese users see AI as a way to fix climate change and poverty, Americans mostly see it as a corporate trap. Three times more Americans reject AI than embrace it. The gap is generational too. In the UK, 59% of young adults trust AI. Only 18% of seniors do. In the U.S., even the younger crowd is skeptical. The more experience people have with AI, the more they trust it. But right now, most people assume their boss isn’t being honest about how AI will actually affect their job. Source: Edelman, Semafor
