Spoke with my friend Lithuanian FM @BudrysKestutis. I updated him on the return of our dead hostage Manny Godard. I also told him that the PA is continuing its payments to terrorists and their families through a new payment system. Abbas's dismissal of his Finance Minister won't absolve him and the PA of their complicity. We appreciate Lithuania's friendship and I invited my counterpart to come visit Israel soon. 🇮🇱🇱🇹
