The Trump administration has put out 28 updates to the tariff schedule this year, more than once every 2 weeks. Means we can’t even use our 2 week sprint cadences to keep our tariff simulator updated, have to much more nimble than that. In fact the Administration frequently makes the updates on Friday afternoons, and we always have the updates ready in our tech by 9 am Monday morning. I’m super proud of our customs tech teams for fighting through this friction to build the gold standard in the industry.
