After 43 days of being shutdown, the government has reopened. @SecretaryTurner has released the following statement: “I’m relieved the Left has finally stopped holding vital federal services hostage at the expense of the American people. This needless shutdown caused real harm – disrupting lives and livelihoods. Without delay, HUD will immediately restore stability and resume full operational capacity to support the communities we serve.”
