Democrats just caused the longest shutdown in our nation’s history, depriving millions of Americans of their paychecks, while still cashing their own paychecks. It’s wrong! We need to pass my No Budget, No Pay Act, which says if Congress can’t pass a budget, members shouldn’t get paid.
