It's a gm today because yesterday I met my mentor. Dr Belmar you truly exceeded expectations. I'd like to take the time to try put into words the day I had yesterday, however, I'm not sure the words exist I met Luke after paying for his premium 'hustlers only' package, $12,000 USD. It was expensive and I'm not going to sit here and lie to you that putting 90% of my networth into a meeting was easy, and I was a little apprehensive. But this package includes a dinner with Luke Belmar and just 8 other students, and I knew that I would get my money's worth. After scrounging together the rest of my funds for travel, I set off on the adventure of a lifetime. With little to my name I was nervous, but I knew that meeting another group of like minded killers would be invaluable. When I landed in Thailand I was overwhelmed by the chaos. Tuk tuks honking, car horns blaring, the smell of cheap tobacco thick in the air. But as my driver expertly zigged and zagged through a network of back alleys I sensed a calming energy. I knew I was close to Luke. When we pulled up at the villa Luke met me at the front gate. He was on the phone (lesson #1; always be hustling) and waved me past. Aura. It would be many hours until I saw him again at dinner. Once we had sat down we were enamored by his good looks and intellect. His profound way of thinking and manoeuvring the difficult world of trading as a male had us all hooked. Open ended questions helped us to help ourselves get to the answers, rather than just spoon feeding us. I asked Luke about some of his premium indicators and told him that I noticed one looked similar to RSI and asked for the difference. He laughed, and everyone else laughed with him. I joined in and chuckled uncomfortably hoping they would think I was just joking, it was clear I knew nothing and was out of my depth. As the night went on Luke was extremely busy on his phone. In a brief break between calls, one of the other guys asked him for his number one tip from scaling 4 figs into 5 figs. Luke paused, looked up, and hit us with his signature line: "that's for you to find out". We all lost it, this guy is freaking hilarious. Almost immediately to silence the laughter he put his finger up, motioning he had to take another call. We took that as a signal and after a long night of food and drinking we turned in at 10pm. The next morning we went out on Luke's yacht. Now, this event was prefaced as a bonding experience between the group and that Luke will likely not be present. Regardless, when I found him on the top deck he let me grab a quick photo. He must have still been a little turnt up from last night because he called me Rahim instead of Rahul but we laughed it off. I can't say much about the rest of the day but let me just tell you it was phenomenal. I spent the entirety of the flight home figuring out how I can convince my wife to let me go on the next trip. She finds it difficult to spend another $15,000 on two days with Luke when we have a newborn on the way but I know that if she knew the sort of game he is putting us on to we can apply it to the markets and 5,10, maybe even 20x our money. This stuff could change our lives. So thank you Doc, thank you for your teachings and thank you for your humour
I have been asked to clarify by Luke's legal team that he is not a certified medical doctor or PhD. This is simply what he asked us to refer to him by and once you get to know the guy you understand why. I am sorry for any inconvenience or harm this may have caused to Luke and did not realise this was simply a private name that he asked us to refer to him by.
