Absolutely glued to @andrewrsorkin's "1929." It's a gripping narrative of the crash that reads like a thriller and will almost certainly win a Pulitzer. The book is filled with incredible, unexpected stories showing the scale of the mania. I wanted to share two of them, one involving Winston Churchill and another involving Groucho Marx. (1/4)
