This transition is bittersweet for us: @roelofbotha is a deeply-trusted advisor and mentor, while @gradypb and @Alfred_Lin are going to be terrific leaders for the firm. We're also grateful to work with the amazing @dougleone, @andrew__reed, @shaunmmaguire, and more. The place is festooned with remarkable investors.

Oh, and, @BillCoughran was hugely helpful and impactful in shaping Stripe's early engineering culture.
