ADIN’s governance structure the ADIN network has 3 core groups: → Investors (LPs): contribute capital, vote, share in upside → Network Members (scouts): curated group of founders, operators, domain experts who surface deals → Tribute Labs (limited GP): operations + veto rights it's the House / Senate / Executive model but for startups.

how ADIN aligns incentives? if you find a promising company and submit it to ADIN, and we invest — you earn 50% of the GP's carry. just signal → value → reward. that’s the system.

the ADIN investor experience. once you're in as an investor: → you get weekly reports on potential deals → you can propose startups to evaluate → you can vote on what to fund → you share in the upside (50% carry if it’s your find) → pay just 1% in fees (vs 2%+ at most funds) lower cost, higher velocity.
