Can confirm most are indeed willing to part with alts completely after this cycle.
Despite the reverse outcome of the past (alts better in previous cycle - Bitcoin better this cycle - next cycle will?)
This will mean 2 things (the realistic explanation):
1️⃣ Alts will be at an absolute bargain as no one wants them anymore. It'll create a scenario of severe undervaluation on those that will rebound.
In 2019 you could find Ethereum below 100$. ADA trading at $0.02. VeChain at ... (the list is enormous)
2️⃣ The past isn't a clear indication. What happened in 2020 wasn't because no one cared anymore in 2019. It was massive printing, QE, inflation, people stuck at home etc.
Together with no one caring it created a life changing scenario (from undervaluation to overvaluation).
Meaning it's not because everyone will part with alts completely that alts will boom SPECIFICALLY because of this reason and this alone.
Conclusion:
It'll be one of the most highest risk and most highest reward opportunity ever.
Similar to 2019 which eventually ended up being the RIGHT BET to take. But that's hindsight we see today.
This doesn't guarantee next time will also flip head or tails (the best or worst move to take).
Hence the biggest upside-downside bet someone could take. Alts in the general sense (not the exceptions) could still do bad despite you leaving. But they could also revive more than you think.
It's the nature of the game. Will you choose safety and peace of mind? Or continue to risk for a chance at a better life?
There's no right or wrong here but make sure you're happy with your decision no matter what happens.
