IREN ($IREN) has signed a 5-year contract worth $9.7 billion with Microsoft ($MSFT) to provide 200MW of NVIDIA ($NVDA) GB300 GPU computing power, which will be deployed in phases at IREN's facility in Childress by 2026. Additionally, IREN will purchase rack equipment from Dell ($DELL) for $5.8 billion.
