We need to preserve DeFi without intermediaries, but how do we do so (& scale) while continuing to mitigate risk? @Jessi_Brooks1 & I seek to provide a framework for discussion in the paper we just published. A tl;dr🧵/1
But seriously, what this paper proposes is the path forward.
DeFi wins in the long-term by staying open and permissionless at its core, but giving institutions the flexible guardrails they need to build compliant apps operating on permissionless infra.
