Writing a short essay for the first time📓 Business competition is ruthless. Watching the boss hustle every day, it would be a lie to say I don't feel for him. But then I think, his state seems even more stable than mine... Well, I should probably focus on caring for myself first! 🤔😂 I can really understand this feeling. As an employee, I always tell clients: using multiple exchanges is beneficial; each boss has a different style, and company culture can subtly influence the team. I'm very grateful that our company has always been very inclusive, willing to give opportunities—whether for newcomers or veterans, everyone has a chance to take on core positions. Here, seniority does not equate to authority; strength is the hard truth. So my team and I always carry a sense of crisis, continuously learning, afraid of being left behind in this rapidly evolving industry. Because of this, various exchanges particularly like to "poach" talent from us—put simply, they recognize our training system and talent pool. We don't easily boast, but we feel quite proud inside: OK has indeed supplied many excellent talents to the industry, after all, we are a company that always advocates "continuous learning." We have never been willing to actively drag others down, yet we are often pulled into the public discourse by those with ulterior motives, even attempting to manipulate the narrative and publicly "punish"—similar incidents occurred in October 2022, resulting in industry upheaval. Now, some want to replay history, but they overlook: 1 is not always 1, and 2 is not always 2. As the founder of an exchange, Star expressed his views on the Meme marketing incident, but unexpectedly, a concern for the industry's future was twisted into a target for public opinion, continuously escalating. Fortunately, he understands self-deprecation. After all, whoever holds the narrative holds the power of speech. But the question is—who is the bullet that was fired? However, perhaps this isn't important. People just want to be happy. If everyone vents their frustrations and feels better, we will humbly listen to the areas where we indeed fall short, and then continue to focus on our work and keep cultivating. Time never disappoints those who are earnest—just like when we were doing contracts and wallets, and now fully embracing compliance. With so many external voices, if we accept everything, the company will eventually lose its way. Therefore, as employees, we serve as information gateways, helping the product team sort feedback, assess priorities, and continuously optimize. As for the boss... let's help him bear a bit of the "firepower"; he's quite lovable. A few years ago, he rarely showed up, but now he rarely comes out to take a look, and you can tell he enjoys it. Besides, no one is perfect; how could anyone be loved by all? But I firmly believe that this industry should flourish in diversity. Is it really what everyone wants to see for a single platform to dominate everything? Not necessarily. We can pay attention to public opinion, but we cannot be controlled by it. We welcome all criticism; there are indeed many areas we can improve. I sincerely wish all our competitors to do better. May we all thrive, and may the industry prosper.
