the tldr is to further develop the protocol to remove as many dependencies as we possibly can with the ultimate goal of it running by itself forever and a larger overhaul to consensus that will get us even closer to the museum analogy

many nuances to be figured out but leaning towards the idea of sets functioning as rolling galleries, rather than singular archives there will be much thought put into how this will work but the core idea is a (high) threshold for turning sets back to blanks

our hypothesis is this expands surface area for both collectors and artists massively and of course some sets will never change early thinking, subject to change etc

for artists, lower threshold to get in, higher threshold to stay "in" (historically part of the permanent collection either way, just a matter of for how long) for collectors, lower threshold to opt in more art, more activity, more fun, etc
