if you have leftover rice from the night before, make a simple protein-packed breakfast fried rice with it the next day: for one serving, i use something like 3/4 cup day old rice (i prefer brown)- a relatively small amount first crack 3 eggs and beat them in a bowl with a fork until it looks most homogenous. add a pinch of salt and mix then chop up some aromatics: onions, green onions (use whites for frying, garnish with green parts after cooking), and/or garlic cook the eggs just until they set in a pan with some olive oil, then set aside on a plate. i like to do omelette style and then fold over, then chop it up roughly with a spatula on the plate optional, but you can then add like 1-2 slices of bacon. leave the grease in the pan after you cook (dabbing some out if needed) add your aromatics of choice to the pan with the bacon grease still hot (or add your fat of choice…can use olive oil, but i’d add a small bit of butter as well for flavor) once the aromatics start to brown a bit (usually 1-2 minutes), then add in the rice and mix then add some soy sauce to taste (start with about 0.75 tbsp). let it hit the pan first (not the rice) so it burns a bit to unlock more flavor add in any other cooked veggies you may have in your fridge at this point (peas/carrots/corn straight from frozen works well) then rough chop your bacon and add it back into the pan, and then the eggs. mix well garnish with green onion bits if you have them voilà, breakfast fried rice cooking and life tips will continue until ETH breaks ATH bon appétit
forgot to say you should top with a bit of asian-style chili crisp or similar if you have it also you can use some other kind of meat if you have it. leftover ground beef, chicken, etc. can be tossed right in
