"I want to carve a tunnel from the harbor in San Diego all the way under the mountain into the Salton Sea. Have a desalination plant about halfway and actually it's far enough from the ocean that you could have just an inclined plane the whole way. don't need any locks it's just like a gentle river that flows down to the Salton Sea. And then obviously you can sail your boats around there. So like the tunnel would have to be high enough sailboats. And then another canal that goes from there down to the Sea of Plotets. So you can, you can sail into the Gulf of California via San Diego, via the, via the aircraft carriers and stuff. Hang out at Salton Sea where we'll build a city of 20 million people, called Hyperdrive City. Mostly on probably like the Indian land that's currently under the water, cause it was flooded like hundred years ago. And so like Venice, like a square mile of Venice. One square mile wider than a mile high, just cube."
