Here I go reposting an old thread again. I’ve always emphasized a simple personal principle: “Everyone is actually ordinary.” Users are ordinary, VCs are, KOLs are, and so are founders. Since we’re fundamentally equal, the only way to do things well is to truly stand where they stand and breathe the same air. This principle runs through everything we do at APRO. “Become the user,” not just pretend to think from the user’s perspective. That matters.
