not an excuse, but did all this on very low sleep and without really thinking it through (2nd kid born a few days ago) couldn't have been worse timing, it was 2 days ago anyway, i'll be fine, just shellshocked need to figure out how to tell the wife (who will be supportive because she's a good person) not sure how i'll proceed from here, can keep playing the game, luckily offramped a bunch to stocks over the past few months and may just go passive for a long time til i figure out why I'm like this
