The longer i’ve been on this journey, the more i realize my biggest growth as a founder comes from realizing three things: - a founder’s laziness is the biggest obstacle to progress. If i slack off, the company stalls. - conviction is everything. i must believe i can lead the team forward, always - even if growth almost always comes in a spiral, not a straight line. - ideas are cheap. execution is priceless. In crypto, you can talk to 10 smart people a day. in fact, everyone who has survived in this industry for years is intelligent. that’s why their unique perspectives often spark flashes of insights - and each of those ideas can empower different verticals of your company, whether it’s business development, marketing, or technical implementation. But here’s what i’ve really come to feel since i started building in 2022: what makes the difference isn’t how many ideas you collect, but how relentlessly you execute. after a full day of work, can you still sit down, write those ideas down, reflect and decide on the next steps? - shall we move this forward? - what key factors do we need to make it happen? - what's the realistic target and timeline? Every day i remind myself: a meeting without actionable items is a waste of time. and wasting time is the greatest harm - to myself, to my team, and to the company’s growth. I share this not as advice, but as reflection. my hope is that it sparks something in you too.
