NEWS -- THE LEADERSHIP'S EPSTEIN PLAN As of now -- and this is, of course, subject to change: The Rules Committee is looking at reeporting out two rules 1) rescissions rule 2) a rule on an Epstein related resolution. Several sources say it's similar to Massie's -- but not identical. Unclear if its binding. They have been working over the second item all day with committees. We don't know what it will say. But we should know soon. it will have to come up in rules.
