In 2023, I came back to HKU help develop and direct a new research Institute of Data Science. In 2024, I helped form and direct a new School of Computing and Data Science by merging the CS and Stat departments. In 2025, we developed the school’s new Shanghai campus! Feel the speed of Hong Kong and Shanghai?! What is for the next year?
