All eyes on the FOMC meeting today. Rates will remain the same, but all eyes will be on the number of dissenting votes. If Waller and Bowman dissent today, it’ll be the first time since ‘93 that 2 permanent governors did this. Doubt we’ll get much from Powell comments.

Mortgage rate is up for renewal. Still can’t believe we hit a generational bottom of 1.39% 😅 It’s been a good run. Unlikely we’ll see rates like this again for at least a decade. Gonna keep this as a souvenir.
