China is the exception here. They will keep their green as it will be China who will enable to bringing down of emissions gases by having reduced their emission plenty. I anticipate them selling it, & at some point electricity will be traded same as oil & gas.

Goldman Trading Desk’s Clients Start Shorting Speculative Tech
Goldman Sachs Group Inc.’s trading desk said on Friday that its clients are growing “more comfortable” betting against shares of unprofitable technology companies, following a resurgence of meme stock mania that has sparked wild rallies in a cohort of smaller names.
After surging some 70% from its mid-April lows, the bank’s basket tracking unprofitable tech stocks has slipped over the last two days, giving back more than 3%.
As froth builds, trading desks at Goldman and Citadel Securities have urged clients to buy cheap hedges against potential losses in US stocks against a slew of potential risks. Among those are next week’s earnings from megacap heavyweights and President Donald Trump’s August 1 tariff deadline. (Bloomberg)

"Put simply, if further changes are not made to CSDDD, the State of Qatar and QatarEnergy will have no choice but to seriously consider alternative markets outside of the EU for our LNG and other products, which offer a more stable and welcoming business environment," said the letter.

Qatar will ‘stop’ EU gas sales if fined under due diligence law
(FT) Qatar has threatened to stop vital gas shipments to the EU if member states strictly enforce new legislation that will penalise companies which fail to meet set criteria on carbon emissions, human and labour rights.
The law requires EU countries to introduce powers to impose fines for non-compliance with an upper limit of at least 5 per cent of the company’s annual global revenue.
“If the case is that I lose 5 per cent of my generated revenue by going to Europe, I will not go to Europe . . . I’m not bluffing,” Kaabi said. “Five per cent of generated revenue of QatarEnergy means 5 per cent of generated revenue of the Qatar state. This is the people’s money . . . so I cannot lose that kind of money — and nobody would accept losing that kind of money.”

$EQNR Norway’s LNG Plant Extends Maintenance Halt Into Early August
Hammerfest, Europe’s biggest liquefied natural gas plant, will remain offline for another week after maintenance there was extended again.
The facility on the island of Melkoya in northern Norway will stay shut until Aug. 3, the country’s network manager Gassco AS said in a remit notice on Saturday. It’s the third extension of works which started in April.
While Europe looks well supplied for now — with ample global flows of LNG and stable pipeline gas shipments from Norway, its top fuel provider — traders are closely monitoring any disruptions. The continent is racing to refill its gas stockpiles ahead of winter, and the market remains prone to sharp price moves if spikes in global demand or supply risks threaten those efforts. (Bloomberg)
