Stablecoin issuance on Ethereum, Solana, or Tron doesn’t make ETH, SOL, or TRC more valuable against Bitcoin. It’s a big mistake to think that it does.

We need to get used to a random company causally buying billion-dollar worth of Bitcoin treasuries.

Strategy does it again. $MSTR is offering its 4th preferred stock, $STRC, with low volatility, short duration, and high dividend.

There are reasons why Bitcoin is the KING of all assets. Bitcoin is scarce, digital, and liquid. A trifecta that only Bitcoin has. Real estate, art, and collectible are scarce, but they are illiquid. Stocks and bonds can be digital and liquid, but they are not scarce.

Buying an investment-grade real estate property costs around $10 million. And there are an infinite number of them. Buying one Bitcoin costs $120K, and there are only 21 million bitcoins. Buying Bitcoin now is extremely cheap if you compare to real estate.

Ethereum has been underperforming against Bitcoin for years. The fact is in the price action. It doesn’t matter what ETH can do better than BTC. It’s irrelevant. If the asset is underperforming BTC, it’s better to stick with BTC than everything else.

I am not surprised ETH has found a way into the public market. There is a lot of exit liquidity with zero idea on how to differentiate Bitcoin from the rest. They think all cryptos are the same. Some even think ETH is better than BTC, with staking, dApp, NFTs, stablecoin, and “innovative” layer 2. The reality is ETH is an exit scam. ETH/BTC hasn’t made an ATH since 2017 and will never do. The insiders are using the public treasury narrative to dump ETH to new bag holders.
