It is astonishing that many people based in the US are not aware that $BNB generates a real yield of 18% p.a. This could be due to lack of access (BNB is not offered on Coinbase, Kraken etc). Now there is $BNC by @10XCapitalUSA democratising access in a compliant way.

The craze for financial companies is about to peak, with more and more long-tail assets hoping to leverage the U.S. stock market to gain new liquidity, while mNAV is also pulling back. The next phase will test the efficiency of each listed entity in increasing the number of tokens held per share. I am optimistic about entities with ETH and BNB (which have yield-generating capabilities) as underlying assets.

The SEC's new "Project Crypto" is the most bullish thing I've seen in a long time from a regulator. Read the speech, it's incredible: * Almost all tokens are not securities * Want to discourage decentralization kabuki theater * Americans should not get excluded by IP/VPN blocks * Explicit exemptions for ICOs, airdrops, etc. * Non-securities should be tradeable alongside securities on the same platforms * Protect software engineers * Streamline licensing requirements * "Innovation exemption" to protect builders pre-decentralization Wow. Wow wow wow.

For me, it’s never about how many deals / trades I do. It’s about hunting down an unicorn of an opportunity and size it right.

The premium to NAV arbitrage is clearly ephemeral and won't sustain indefinitely. Saylor being the one current exception in my view. Why? He has access to unique forms of leverage in his capital structure that you and I don't. I am personally willing to pay more than 1 BTC for access to quasi noncallable and quasi non-liquidatable leverage on BTC.
