AI agents, like those used by @Delta, can't fully solve customer issues yet. They mimic empathy but often fail to resolve problems with transactions or credits. They're overused today, causing annoyance, and should only scale when they can effectively address such issues.

Hey @MelissaLeeCNBC you just asked @SKMersinger about what digital assets are doing: 1) Real World Asset (RWA) - democratizing assets online that historically were sequestered 2) AI + Web3: human v ai content verification, adding needed compute and storage. 3) DePin (decentralized physical infrastructure): adding the needed wireless capacity that big 3 haven’t added. There’s more. @CNBC should have people on who actively invest with the founders and engineers building this industry.
