The ability to be "AI fluent" seems to present a significant cognitive gap for the vast majority of white-collar workers... Today, I spent a long time explaining to a colleague why we need to wrap a CLI instead of letting claw in session write code, but someone without any coding/engineering background simply cannot understand it and cannot be taught. However, having coding skills without the ability to break down business logic is also not sufficient, so being AI fluent really reflects a person's comprehensive capabilities.
