Aesthetics change with the times. I vaguely remember when medical aesthetics rose to prominence ten years ago, everyone was doing various facial fillers, making their faces plump and swollen. Ten years later, these people realize that as they age, a fuller face is more prone to sagging and looking older. Now, the popular procedures are almost all about facial lipolysis. I feel that the current aesthetic is already great. I can't imagine what even better configurations could look like.
