What’s the most recent update on the BAYC clubhouse in Miami? Anyone have any intel?

Seems like there hasn’t been anything, by no means am I asking for / expecting constant updates but maybe by like the summer we have some intel? Ground was allegedly to break in January, so it would be awesome to hear whether that did or did not happen
